Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Kindly mention:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear images (if the item is damaged or defective)

Return Pickup & Shipping
- We offer return pickup services for eligible orders, subject to service availability at your location.
- Return pickup may be chargeable, and the applicable shipping charges (if any) will be communicated to you at the time of return request.
- In cases where the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect item sent by us
Return pickup charges will not be applicable.
- If return pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Non-Returnable Items
