Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

Kindly mention:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (if the item is damaged or defective)

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer return pickup services for eligible orders, subject to service availability at your location.
  • Return pickup may be chargeable, and the applicable shipping charges (if any) will be communicated to you at the time of return request.
  • In cases where the return is due to:
  1. A damaged product
  2. A defective item
  3. An incorrect item sent by us
    Return pickup charges will not be applicable.
  • If return pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
