1. What sizes do you offer?

We primarily offer two size ranges:

Medium – Large (M–L)

Large – Extra Large (L–XL)

Detailed size charts are available on each product page along with product images.
Please note that the measurements mentioned are garment measurements, not body measurements.

2. How do I determine my size?

All sizes listed are based on garment measurements.
If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, which also allows flexibility for alterations if required.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

Currently, we support:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and international cards where applicable)

  • UPI & Net Banking (for Indian customers)

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment partners. We do not store or have access to your card or payment information.

Note: PayPal and additional international payment options will be introduced soon.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS, along with shipment details and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. What is your return policy?

6. How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner

International Orders:

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any customs duties or import charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer

We ship through reliable partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DHL.
Estimated delivery timelines will be available once tracking details are shared.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before shipment is initiated.

To request a cancellation:

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation charges including shipping costs may apply.

8. Are international orders accepted?

Yes, international orders are accepted.
We ship internationally using trusted partners such as DHL.

Shipping charges and applicable customs duties must be paid by the customer.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at the moment.
However, if you would like your order to be delivered as a gift, please mention it while placing the order or contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.

10. How do I care for my apparel?

Most of our garments are made from natural fabrics and require gentle care:

  • Hand wash separately

  • Dry in shade

  • Gentle ironing if required

Please note that some natural fabrics may develop a softer or slightly dull appearance over time — this is a natural characteristic of the fabric.

11. What if the item I want is out of stock?

Our apparel is produced in small batches with limited fabric availability.
Some products may not be restocked once sold out.

We recommend subscribing with your email to receive updates on:

  • Limited restocks

12. Is my personal information secure?

13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can accommodate address changes only within 2 hours of order placement.

Please email or WhatsApp us immediately with the updated address details.
After this time window, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed or shipped.

15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

At the moment, we do not offer wholesale pricing due to our small-batch manufacturing model.
